Jan’s background in education, combined with concrete advice based on research, best practices and out of the box thinking has made him one of Sweden’s most engaging lecturers in the field of stress.

He has written nine books in the health and well-being area and has also been responsible for developing well-being at both Volvo IT (operational) and the Volvo Group (strategic).  Leveraging his own experience of working with stress and having been close to burning out himself, he knows what he is talking about and has saved others from the same fate.
